Orientr is published by ImagiScapes Inc. d/b/a VentR-Out (“VentR-Out,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Product, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through:
The Product;
Our website;
Support communications;
Playtesting or feedback forms; and
Analytics or crash-reporting tools used in connection with the Product.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties such as Meta, the Meta Horizon Store, or your device manufacturer, which are subject to their own privacy policies.

A. Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly, including:
Name or username (if provided);
Email address (if you contact us or join testing lists);
Feedback, survey responses, bug reports, and support messages;
Other information you choose to share with or request from us.
B. Gameplay and Usage Data
We may collect information about how you use the Product, such as:
Session duration and frequency;
Gameplay events and interactions;
Course completion and performance metrics;
Feature usage;
In-app actions and navigation patterns; and
Error states and failed actions.
C. Device and Technical Data
We may collect technical information, including:
Device model and operating system;
App version/build number;
Crash logs and diagnostics;
Performance data (for example, frame rate, load times, or latency);
Network information (for example, IP address or connection type); and
Identifiers reasonably necessary for analytics, debugging, fraud prevention, or entitlement verification.
Head and controller 6DOF positional tracking data
Hand tracking data (if applicable)
Eye tracking data (if applicable)
Guardian/boundary spatial mapping data.
D. Purchase and Entitlement Information
If you access the Product through a platform such as the Meta Horizon Store, we may receive limited information necessary to verify access rights (for example, entitlement status). We do not receive your full payment card details from Meta.
3. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Product;
Verify access and entitlement;
Improve gameplay, stability, usability, and performance;
Diagnose crashes, bugs, and compatibility issues;
Conduct Open Alpha testing and product validation;
Analyze usage trends and inform product decisions (including go/no-go decisions);
Communicate with you about support, updates, or testing;
Enforce our Terms of Use and protect the Product and users; and
Comply with legal obligations.
4. Open Alpha (Early Access) Testing
If you are using the Open Alpha (Early Access) version of Orientr, we may collect additional telemetry, diagnostics, and feedback data to evaluate:
Product viability;
User experience;
Feature usefulness;
Technical performance; and
Future development priorities.
Open Alpha builds may change frequently and may include expanded logging to support testing and debugging.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
A. Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Product, such as:
Cloud hosting providers;
Analytics providers;
Crash reporting or monitoring providers;
Customer support tools; and
Communication tools.
These providers are authorized to use the information only as needed to provide services to us.
B. Platform Providers
We may receive and share limited information with platform providers (such as Meta and Playfab, Azure) as necessary for:
Entitlement checks;
App distribution;
Compliance;
Fraud prevention;
Platform functionality; or
C. Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
Comply with legal process;
Protect our rights or property;
Investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or
Protect the safety of users or others.
D. Business Transfers
If VentR-Out is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
E. Publicly Shared Community Content
If you publicly share gameplay clips, screenshots, streams, or other content featuring Orientr and tag VentR-Out, Orientr, or otherwise identify the Product, VentR-Out may repost, reshare, or display that content for promotional, community, and marketing purposes, as described in the Terms of Use.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
Operate and improve the Product;
Maintain security and records;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements; and
Comply with legal obligations.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for analytics and research purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
A. Communications
You may opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link (if applicable) or contacting us.
B. Access, Correction, Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
C. U.S. State Privacy Rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Depending on the state where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including:

· The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
· The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable, as we do not sell or share);

D. Platform Controls
Some data practices are controlled by the platform provider (for example, Meta account settings and app permissions). Please review your platform privacy settings and the platform’s privacy policy for those controls.
8. Children and Age Requirements
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
If a minor is permitted to use the Product under applicable law and platform rules, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable terms on the minor’s behalf.
That guardian is responsible for the Minor’s use of the Service, including actions taken through any accounts. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or not.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
If you access the Product from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Product, you understand that data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
By continuing to use the Product after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
